Fruits of my labor... literally!

With last nights temperature dropping to the 30's I decided I better harvest as much as I could that was ripe. Now I have much pickling, canning and drying ahead of me. It is little eggplants in the bag.


The garden monster! 100% organic... well maybe 99% since we have only lived here a year and the seeds weren't organic. This sucker was 1lb 6 oz, 5 inch diameter. Other ones I got off this plant were in the 10-14 oz range! Yum!
