Snow!

We awoke Friday Morning to snow... finally! I didn't even know it was in the forecast (with Brian being out of time I never have time to even watch the news/weather), so you can imagine Danika and my surprise when we looked out the window. Tuli was surprise too but she chose to express it by cooing and kicking her feet. Once Tuli went down for her nap Danika and I were off to play in the snow!

Using the snow ball maker Cortney and Craig gave her for Xmas last year. It was a little hard to explain that this wasn't the sticky kind of snow best for snow balls.

This is the first year she was willing to go tromp in the snow. There was caution at first...

Then I couldn't keep up with her. True to Colorado the 2 inches we received started to melt right away and we almost didn't get out there in time... by the way it is going to be 77 degrees tomorrow here... WHAT???!!!

The first taste of snow... quickly followed by why we don't eat yellow or brown snow!
